I blew the piston rings on my Honda 90 C200 when I got it up to 50

riding through the New Forest.

It was a Honda 90 with a motorcycle style chassis instead of a step through - the local Honda parts dealer used to race one.

I rode it from Southampton to Norwich when I went to UEA, A roads all the way, a very long ride but it got me there. Hardly any motorway on the route even if I had been qualified to use it. Contrast to the last few years of going to games, M3 from about 3 miles from home, then motorway and dual carriageway to within yards of County Hall.
