No. I'm a big fan of Rupp but he's 31 in 4 days and seems injury prone.
At his very best he's a decent "piece" in midfield but he's not a game changers. Him and Kenny at their very best are pretty much similar in terms of role (though not execution of that role) and in an ideal world Kenny is cup and bench player.
Neither are difference makers at even Championship level.
