I completely agree with the sentiment of your post

But is it perhaps a bit disingenuous to say we’ve spent nothing? With the pl cash and parachute payments, I’d have thought we’ve spent more than those clubs from a turnover perspective.

As I said though, I agree wholeheartedly with your point. Cash does not guarantee success (scum and derby are prime examples too!) and it’s bullish when people say our model doesn’t work. It’s clearly working very well, even if it has its limitations.
