With Sunderland, West Brom and one of Brum / Pompey coming down I don't think it'll be as weak as you think. Whilst one of the playoff contenders won't be there, I can still see 2 of the 3 still being strong too. I don't buy the talk about Leicester, Soton and Coventry coming good again next season, mind.
