To be fair even before Webber we have been s**t at spending big money.

It's just so hard with a club with wage restraints.
Every time we have spent big money it's been mostly a disaster.
We bring in big money loans because "technically" we can pay huge wages without breaking the wage cap on permanent players. It's basically a work around.
All the other players we are basically buying potential not proven world class players which are outside of our budget.
