I hear you brother

I suffer on and off from sciatica. I dont know what brings it on, or why it goes (various things I try to manage it - do they actually make any difference?). When i'm having a bout, stabbing pain in the right buttock (near the top, in line with the pelvis). Pins and needles up and down my leg, into my feet. Each step is juddering pain. Sitting down is pain.
Lying down is pain. Moving is pain. It is FUCKING AGONY.
