Leicester and Spurs have failed to call their game off.
Leicester have 9 out with Covid.
I think the biggest issue is that it seems to be a case by case basis rather than fixed guidelines. Man U had an unconfirmed number of cases (I think) but closed their training ground which then forced the Prem to cancel their game.
