I reckon they'd point out that

the Castle Museum; Origins; the Inspire Science Centre; bus and river trips; the Forum; Caf? Bar Marzano; Pizza Express; the express and children's libraries; other restaurants; theatres; and Chapelfield shopping centre were all open on a Sunday.
