Sliced or grated cheese? Cheddar or other? White or wholemeal? What extra ingredients are desirable or indeed permissible?
The Git version
Extra mature farmhouse cheddar, grated
One egg (organic freerange)
Dash of Lea & Perrins
Two dashes tabasco
Red onion or spring onion, chopped small
Tomato puree optional
Mix together, spread on top of thick slice wholemeal bread, grill. Whammo.
