lol, it's a tough one

I get the feeling he'll play better if he is booed or feels like he's got a point to prove. But, as you say, there is a reasonable chance he gets too wound up.

Probably should just politiely applaud him for all he did for the team and then ignore him. Try to frustrate him through our play rather than the crowd riling him up.
