VAR is encouraging it because when you watch a replay in slow motion on VAR any contact looks exaggerated and you lose any context in terms of whether he played for it and/or is it actually a foul.
The handballs are a complete mess also as we’ve seen to our cost.
Another annoying little detail about the Man U pen. One of their players is clearly encroaching as it’s taken, just like Max did v Arsenal when Kruls penalty save was chalked off. Whether VAR actually even checks things is also an area that seems to favour the bigger sides.
