I want Smith to improve Aarons & Idah (IMO they have plateaued)
I want to see Rash/Tz/Sarge/Andy mature & improve. I guess that means game-time.
I think Farke was unlucky with the way the fixtures fell but I suspect we'd had the best out of him.
