although he had my email address and if you google me you can find out where i work, and it coincided exactly with that incident and him having my email address, and he is an arch letter writer (as a google search on him will show)...it's all circumstantial as you say, but quite persuasive.

anyway, my main complaint with him is the way he reacted to a simple joke which most people (me included) would have laughed off (i was taking the piss out of his graduation hat for god's sake, hardly a major crime).

that's mainly why i think he's a dick.
