Smith will be good for him, i agree

He's got to get fit, probably stronger, and he's got to take it really seriously. I think he can do all of those things. If he doesn't, he'll get nowhere (and pretty quickly). At 23/24, he shd be getting into his prime - and he's nowhere near it (or nowhere near where he would want it to be)
