I don’t think it’s misrepresentation
Just a difference of interpretation. My view is that where we are now is not a good predictor of where we will be mid January. I truly hope I’m wrong, but I foresee another series of crowd pleasing decision by Johnson followed by the virus doing what it does best- mutate and evade.
