If they're sacked then in principle they get the money they'd have got
over the rest of the contract. That's why Farke's four year deal was such a big deal - it represented a big financial commitment from us.
In practice I suspect these things are negotiated, but what leverage the club would have in those negotiations isn't entirely clear to me.
It's not like a normal employment contract at all.
