Hodgey the Hack did a podcast on Smith and Shakespeare last night with Conor from EDP and a journo from the West Mids Star papers there was a fair bit of chat about backroom staff.
Neil Cutler was mentioned a lot nominally a GK coach but apparently held a much bigger remit under Smith.
