Got the best out of Grealish, hopefully he can do the same with Gilmour and Cantwell.
Any appointment is a gamble but I’m optimistic, Lampard hasn’t achieved anything and the Norwegian is doing great things but the Premiership is the toughest league and a big ask to turn our fortunes round.
