Two or three different metrics, all fairly easy to calculate for the stattocracy I'd think

- Points per £ ned xfer spend in last (two?) window(s?)

- Points per £ capital player value as reflected on balance sheet

- Points per £ paid in player wages, not including promo bonuses

If this isn't already a thing it really should be
