Don’t believe the hype

A lot of football stories on social media/Talks**te/Sky Sports/the Tabloids etc is just clickbait, with stories peddled by agents who tout their clients around. Webber is notorious for trying to keep things tight and hates stories leaking. He may or may not have a plan and there can be loads of different reasons why negotiations drag on, things take time etc.

We’re all frustrated because we want to see movement but it would be wise to pay little attention to the press, social media stories etc and just wait and see what happens. There will be plenty of time for the obligatory meltdowns then
