Managing the Reserve team (Dortmund B) is similar to managing the Under 23's in England.

Hardly amazing experience which indicated he was a standout candidate for Managing in the top two tiers in English football.
He appealed to Webber and co as he was highly regarded as a coach and because he was used to working under the sporting director model which we adopted.
