1. KK apparently feels he has obligations to his current Club.
2. I doubt if Lampard is going to make a quick decision while there is any chance of him getting the Villa job.
3. Why would the Southampton manager want to come to us?
Conclusion: it's either going to be Dean Smith or Roy Hodgson until the end of the season when KK takes over.
