I agree that it would be a big step up.

But I don't agree that the gap is insurmountable. His record at Bodo is incredible and potentially transferable.

They won the Norwegian League last season scoring 103 goals in 30 games. More than double the team in third.

I think it would be an exciting and progressive appointment.
