Farke *is* tier 2 standard at this point. That's how he'll be viewed in football
You can't have a record like he did in the Prem and magically be viewed as tier 1 standard!
This is the toughest, most demanding league in the world and has a whole bunch of its best managers: probably all four of the best club managers on the planet now.
Is Lampard viewed as tier 1 standard? Only by a few I imagine - but for various reasons, he has a lot more chance of making that standard than Daniel.
If you don't agree, name me a single PL club which:
- Would keep a manager with 5 points in 21 PL games (or, for that matter, 25 points from 49 games - that's half a point a game!)
- Would hire Farke now
None of the above is to denigrate what he achieved with us at all. It's just how things turned out in the end.
