I suppose he got Derby into the playoffs. But they did have an expensively assembled squad, didn’t they?

And seeing how quickly Tuchel turned Chelsea around, I can’t really see how he did anything other than very meh there.

Just seems like the classic case of a manager totally living off his achievements as a player to me.
