The way the players are recruited now, with every aspect of their game
and personality analysed for those small gains. One would think the same rigour us applied in the search for the coach that organises them. For me that has to be exciting, it has to be am improvement on Farke, it has to fit within our ethos and 'the project.' Get this appointment right and we could take the next step small forward in the greater plan.
Its also the reason the names banded about at the moment all seem to be so ill-informed.
