I don't expect him to keep us up this season, but I am hoping for someone who can adapt to a more pragmatic style where necessary and thereby give us a better chance of staying up next time. Obviously that change might increase the risk of not getting promoted (Sheff U's very 'pragmatic' style hasn't stood them in very good stead this season) but I think at this stage that's a risk we have to take (after all, even Farke might well not get promotion every time)
