I can't agree. We HAVE to stay up - or else. We had zero chance of doing so under DF

If we go down, we're going to face next season with:

- No Normann
- Probably no Pukki
- No Williams
- No Gilmour
- No Aarons, but his value's dropping a lot
- No Cantwell, but his value will have collapsed
- And as a result of that, maybe no Omobamidele either.

So how do put together a squad good enough to get promoted again? With the new Brexit regulations only making that a lot worse too.

The target isn't top 26 any longer. It's top 17 - and the net outlay in the summer was all part of that. Farke was under no pressure to keep us up in 2019/20; the expectation was he'd do so this season. The financial consequences of not doing so are extremely serious.
