Was wondering about Skippy

now Conte has taken over at Spurs. He took Skipp off last night and brought Wickes on at 3-2 plus he supposedly asked Levy for £200m + to spend in January as part of his deal. Could there be a scenario where he buys a known and trusted DM with Wickes as back-up and would allow Skipp to come to us on loon in January for the rest of the season?
Then I woke up. While unlikely it could happen. Or maybe it won't.
