His attitude and effort and physicality are all great

He lacks that bit of skill/quality. And the thing is, that can be worked on and that's our coaching team's job. It won't change in a week or a month but might well over a season. And if we go down then he'll be excellent in the champs.

The one that worries me is Idah. He just doesn't seem ready for this level at all and maybe should be on loan this term.
