No manager could keep this squad up
We are one DCM and two strikers short of having even a prayer of survival (none of our strikers offer anything at this level).
My main concern with Farke is that he is an idealist not a pragmatist and simply too wedded to the Pep philosophy that requires you to have better players than the opposition to be successful (as we did last year).
If we are ever to survive in the Prem we need a philosophy that isn't dependent on having 60-70% possession (though I don't want us going full down the hoofball route just in the hope of coming 17th in the Prem every season), and I'm not sure Farke's heart would really be in any such a switch...
