Massive issues with scouting and signing players
1. With no experience of English football let alone premier League. The pace and strength required kills them from day 1
2. Signing lads based on their running around stats
3. Flipping team left right and centre with panic last minute loans replacing lads we paid money for
4. Not valuing experienced pros at all, some one like Gary Cahill would have been mega for us.
