Read a while back the were serious misgivings about whether they should give it to
16 year olds at all as the evidence has to weight the risk against the benefits and at the time there were slim benefits other than reducing spread but this conincided with rare examples of heart inflammation on second dose. Hence 1 dose to reduce community spread but not second as it could be harmful. Not an expert and like many trying to fathom what the experts are really saying
