If you’re a ST holder/member you can get “free” advice from one details were in the pack.

I’ve used it and it was OK but no good for me as couldn’t work for my situation where outside the box thinking was needed but there’s no harm in contacting them and asking for free advice.

(They term “free” as not charging you a fee but still getting commission if they finalise a mortgage!)
