If it needs to be done then get on with it.
If Farke miraculously turns it around then great, I will be delighted as he’s a good bloke but (unless he just sats f**k it and reverts to our old style) I don’t see it happening as I think we are so far off right now, have no identity and fundamentally because I don’t think he can coach a team to defend properly at this level.
That said, the lack of a CDM remains the biggest/most significant failure so far this season.
