Is that the club becomes a laughing stock and future players will be much harder to attract. We already saw it a bit with Normann only agreeing to a loan until we stay up….
More than that though is what it does to the fans. How much enthusiasm will you have next year in the champs?
I for one will have less than I’ve ever felt. Even in the dark days at the end of the millennium you hoped to get back…
Now it just seems that if we go through it all *again* and get back up it will only be to have another shot at breaking derby’s (soon to be our record)…..
Feels pointless.
This season has been an embarrassment so far. There’s no other word for it and the team has no spine and no plan
