Now playing this formation we lack bodies in midfield and resort to long ball s**t and give the ball back to the opposition.
It is no wonder Gilmore can't get a game. He will probably go back the Chelsea soon and get a loan to a footballing team.
Back the 4-2-3-1 and start to pass the ball again please.
