Not sure it matters at this stage

We're set up all wrong. Simply not big enough/fast enough to compete on any meaningful level. I don't see how we shuffle the pack we have and get anything different regardless of who is in charge.

Signed a whole bunch of players that have not improved us, on terms where they will not be even remotely committed to the club, who will exit for nothing.

This was our big opportunity to become established, having paid for those "sins of the past", and we've monked it right up.
