or couldn't have sneaked a win (although Brighton had chances too).

It's more the very difficult conundrum of how to maintain decent solidity while adding more creativity.

If we ultimately can't, then it will surely be a failure of recruitment in the defensive areas if it means we can't play the wealth of creative talent we either already had (Todd, Dowell) or those we brought in (Tzolis, Rashica, Gilmour).

Long way to go, Farke might solve it, etcetc. But it's a very valid discussion point rather than just moaning.
