If I were in a lower group & had planned on going

I’d be pretty pissed off. How can fans in those lower groups build up points if the club does this? I can’t remember us ever not selling a full allocation for a London game. Pretty poor & I think the whole commercial/ticketing operation feels a bit shambolic atm.
