Press news in...

Daniel Farke's press conference is about to begin. Updates to follow
-----------------------------------------------------------------

DF: We are calm and focused. We know that we have to show more quality and efficiency in both boxes.

DF: There's a little question mark behind Gilmour, who got a knock on his foot this week. We have a final test this afternoon.

DF: Zimmermann is still out, as is Cantwell. I hope they'll be available after the international break.

DF: Placheta was out for two months and is back in training, but this game will be too soon for him.Byram is still out but encouraging signs in training this week.

DF: Todd missed 9 or 10 days due to personal reasons and had a sore Achilles this week, so we will give him the international break to get sorted and ready to go.

DF: Everyone knows how tough it is against a Sean Dyche side, who will be fired up, an important home game for them.

DF: I don't think Everton would say we are easy to play against. We must add efficiency in both boxes.

DF: "I wouldn't criticise our offensive players too much against Everton because against Everton it is always difficult &, in general, we didn't create much less than any other team there.

DF: Man City were statistically the best in terms of defending set-pieces last season but this is not because they are renowned as being physically strong, more that they work hard tactically to not concede set-pieces in dangerous areas.

DF: Burnley have a different approach to us but they really stuck to their football and to their approach.

DF: What Dyche has done is amazing. They were relegated and bounced back, so it's a fantastic achievement.

DF: Another new Canary is flying! Milot had a bit less sleep this week but has been in good spirits and is available.
