No I am not suggesting that we need a manager change, necessarily.
I'm kind of torn on that at the moment. But I also can't accept a plan that essentially makes excuses for our current situation by labelling it as a work in progress - that we are somehow building up to the REAL Prem assault season after next. And the reason I can't except it is that was how we excused our poor performances last time we were in the Prem! We can't go on doing that. We haven't moved forward.
