but pardew brought in decent replacements
I guess the board didnt back worthy enough - if that was the case, malcky should have stayed, I have no doubt we would have been a better side if worthy had not kicked him out.....
Also Malcky was not a regular at west ham, so it wasnt really a surprise that he was let go.... he was our most inspitational defender....
Hindsight however..........
