I don’t want a new manager, I want this one to work. So who would you replace him with?

You’ve still got the same players, you’d have to change them. There’s the whole back room set up which is geared towards the Webber/DF plan, all of that would have to be got rid of. It’d be a complete reboot. Do we want that? Really?
