The main issue is the marking/defence
It’s costing us goals which are changing the flow of matches and sapping confidence.
It doesn’t matter what formation we play unless we sort this out. As it happens though I do agree 4-3-3 doesn’t really suit us snd it feels like we are chopping and changing formations and selections constantly to try and sort something that a coach should be able to work out on the training ground. I think we need to go back to our base formation but play 2 holding mids. Failing that stick with the 3 at the back.
