My thoughts on Daniel Farke and our current situation FWIW
I'm not yet in the Farke out camp but I may be if we don't pick up some points over the next few games. Our fixture run looks like its gets easier in November in fact in the next 9 games we, apart from Chelsea, have some winable matches.
I think we have the squad to stay up, we have a squad with more depth than we've ever had. We've got lots of players who have a lot of potential. The only thing I think our squad lacks is height and strength but that costs money, something we don't have. We all know it takes time for new players to gel, it takes time for some foreign players to adapt to the league which is why I think Farke deserves more games.
The big question is, would another manager with new ideas be able to do better than Farke? could our squad adapt to a different tactical style? would webber just swap out Farke for someone very similar in his approach or do we now need someone with more Premier league experience?
Losing 5 games on the trot is difficult for anyone at the club to take, its frustrating for us fans but I'm sure they are working hard behind the scenes to put the issues right. I'd play my strongest team tomorrow night, try to get players like Normann, Kabak and Sargent up to speed ready for the upcoming league matches.

- After Burnley (game 7) or after Brentford (game 11) are the timings that make sense. (NCFC) - trafford_canary, Sep 20, 12:50:42
- Yep, pretty much agree with all of that. And did you manage to spot Tombs?? (n/m) (NCFC) - Azteca, Sep 20, 12:42:11

- Oh yes, I agree, very little sense of identity and a plan at the moment (NCFC) - SimonOTBC, Sep 20, 12:21:35
- Thats Farke becoming more pragmatic isn't it? We definitely had a plan to go longer quick (NCFC) - Maillot Jaune, Sep 20, 12:45:19
- Beyond that one Aarons hit too hard cross early on (NCFC) - trafford_canary, Sep 20, 12:52:30
- Well I remember numerous attacks down the left kind of just petering because of Williams (NCFC) - Maillot Jaune, Sep 20, 13:07:22

- I think that is mainly due to the fact we got our main targets very late in the window (NCFC) - strap_on sally, Sep 20, 12:25:24
- I'd give Pukki a rest - but pretty much full strength everywhere else (n/m) (NCFC) - seminated_woolly, Sep 20, 11:54:01
- We simply have to play our first choice back 5 for me (NCFC) - SimonOTBC, Sep 20, 11:56:44
- For me it’s more a case of the 4-3-3 not working … (NCFC) - loz, Sep 20, 12:01:04
- I agree that's an issue (NCFC) - SimonOTBC, Sep 20, 12:02:55

- DO you think though that that squad depth makes it more difficult (NCFC) - Maillot Jaune, Sep 20, 11:42:44
- I think its difficult for players like Dowell and Gibson etc (NCFC) - strap_on sally, Sep 20, 11:53:10

- It is small margins, but Sarr had a couple of great chances in the first half (NCFC) - SimonOTBC, Sep 20, 11:50:32
- I think if Omobamidele would've started Watford he'd have headed their first (NCFC) - strap_on sally, Sep 20, 12:02:04
