You hoenstly don't think Worthy will learn from this season

He missed out on play offs

That will affect his future employability chances too, he will want to get us promoted next season even if it means his CV will look better.

How he does it may not be the same way you would, but as long as he or somebody else if necessary gets us up I don't give a f**k how! Basically
