He didn't "let" that cross over his head, it was a great cross that wasn't pressured, Rashica left the man after the initial tracking so it's his fault. Kabak was more at fault as he was in a better position to attack the dropping ball and was beaten to it.
2nd goal Hanley hands Sarr off to Kabak. Normann fails to cut the cross and Kabak doesn't go with Sarr.
