Club issues Cooooovid update...

Norwich City would like to provide an update to its supporters considering the ongoing and developing situation surrounding entry to large scale events.

At present there are no government mandated COVID-19 certification requirements in place for entry to fixtures at Carrow Road. The club continues to work closely with local authorities, safety advisors and the Premier League to make entry to games at Carrow Road as easy as possible for all supporters.

However, at the request of the Premier League and in conjunction with all Premier League clubs, a further measure will now be introduced at all Premier League grounds commencing on the next round of fixtures from Saturday, September 18.

Ahead of the club’s upcoming home fixture against Watford and for all remaining fixtures at Carrow Road (until further notice), voluntary entry requirements will be in place and supporters may be asked to satisfy at least one of the following criteria that may be checked prior to entry into the stadium:

NHS COVID-19 Pass, accessed via the NHS app or Apple Wallet (for more information, click here)
Proof of a negative lateral flow test, taken 48 hours prior to kick off, which can be shown using the NHS COVID-19 Pass or in the form of an official NHS email or text message
Anti-body test evidence in the NHS COVID app
COVID Pass letter (from one of NHS England, NHS Scotland or Four nation) for those who are double vaccinated
NHS COVID vaccine card, providing date of second vaccine was at least 14 days prior to the fixture
EU Digital COVID Certificate
Hidden disabilities lanyard
Those supporters making use of the NHS COVID-19 Pass should ensure that their NHS app and Pass are both fully updated and in date.

To make the process as seamless as possible please attend matches fully prepared, follow instructions and arrive early to allow enough time for the entry checks.

The club would also request that all supporters remain patient and are respectful to club staff and COVID marshals upon entry to Carrow Road.

As soon as the club receives further details from the government and the Premier League in relation to mandatory COVID-19 certification it will update its supporters accordingly.
