No, not rumour spreading...

I'm trying (badly) to make a point.

Any news from injuries is going to be spun around due to the clubs bad handling in the past.

I believe that he may have had a knock, and his World Cup place has been guaranteed and the club doesn't want to risk him losing out on it.

I think that he is on his way in the summer, also and a deal is probably done for it.
